For boys & menof color.

A space you can say is yours.

Because it's jus'therapy.

Therapy, but different

You don’t need to have all the answers right now. Not yet.

Therapy doesn't have to look or feel the way you think it should. At Jus’Therapy, we make space for the conversations you’ve been avoiding, the feelings you don't always have words for, and the parts of yourself you're still figuring out

01

Understanding trust takes time.

02

Culture is part of the work.

03

Get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

04

We’ll do the work together.

The mission

Redefine mental health care for men of color.

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating, overly clinical, disconnected from culture, or limited to what people have traditionally been taught therapy should be. It can be honest, culturally affirming, relationship-based, and grounded in the real experiences of the people seeking support.

Our story

The vision

Changing the narrative.

To shift how boys and men of color perceive mental health and dismantle the societal constructs that silence their vulnerability.
